OUR VISION

Our vision is to be recognised for supplying the most “Outstanding Heating Service” throughout the Capital.

To achieve this vision we aim to:

• Continue to employ friendly, enthusiastic and ambitious staff to help with the growing demand that K&T meet.

• Continue to raise the profile of our ‘Gas Care’ scheme and see a majority of the private sector taking advantage of it’s saving.

• Open shop fronts at several major towns within London, promoting ourselves to a vast amount of people using public transport, making it easier to obtain our services.

• Send our staff on any relevant training schemes that arise that we feel would improve our engineer and call staff’s knowledge within the industry.

• Double the size of our call centre to handle the volume of calls to an even higher standard.
