Company History

Formed in 1988, K&T Heating Services has expanded considerably to meet the demands of a growing gas industry, and the needs of its customers. The majority of work undertaken by the company to date is local authority and housing association contracts. With the recent launch of the Gas Care service the company hopes to expand further into the private sector.

Milestones:

1988
K&T Heating Services formed with Partners James Day and John Lombard.

1989
Successful tender with London Borough of Bromley to maintain gas appliances.

1990
Won contract with London Electricity Board.

1991
Moved to larger office premises in SE2.

1993
Successful tender with London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

1994
Annual turnover reaches £500,000.

1995
Successful tender with Wandle Housing Association.

1998
Annual turnover exceeds £1,000,000.

1999
Moved to our current head office in Charlton David Greenfield becomes a partner.

2000
Opened our first satalite office in Hammersmith Entered into a Partnership Agreement with Poplar Harca.

2001
Opened our second satalite office in Twer Hamlets.

2003
Investment programme for new computer system’s and the developement of cutting edge gas management solutions.
