David Greenfield
Director

David joined K&T Heating Services in 1989 as an engineer. His potential management skills were clearly apparent, within 2 years he was managing our East London contracts. He had great success with these contracts, showing a strong ability to manage and build relationships with clients. David was placed in charge of managing all the company’s contracts up until the year 2000, when he became a Partner in the company. David now controls the financial side of the business along with the day to day running of the company. With David now as Director, the company has gone from strength to strength thanks to his dynamic leadership skills.

James Day
Director
James joined K&T Heating Services in 1988 as a partner, bringing more than 20 years of previous experience in the Gas Industry. His initial role in the company was to negotiate contracts with the London Boroughs, Local Authorities and Housing Associations, who provided the majority of the company’s work. He has taken the company from 1 employee to more than 70 at present. James now leads a team responsible for all reactive repairs within his Director role, and is widely appreciated within the company for his vast knowledge and expertise within the Gas Industry.

Martyn Sewell
Director
Martyn joined K&T Heating Services in 1989 principally to carry out installation work, it soon came to light he had extensive knowledge in many areas of the construction industry. He worked very closely in conjunction with David Greenfield, assisting in the day to day operation and running of the Tower Hamlets area. It became apparent that he had remarkable man management skills and he went from strength to strength culminating in his appointment as a Director of the company.
