Partnering

K&T Heating Services are curently active in partnership with three companies. We entered into a partnering agreement with Poplar Harca (a community managed housing association) six years ago and have found many benefits to this approach in business. We exchange information quickly, accurately and efficiently, getting the job done in the shortest time possible. This is exactly what the end user (the tenant) wants. The company also works in partnership with Wandle Housing Association and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets incorporating Botes Building Limited and Inspace Partnerships (formerly Willmott Dixon Building Services Limited). This has been ongoing for about four years now and the benefits of working in partnership have become fully apparent. We have found with this arrangement that we all work towards a common goal, and the open approach delivers trust and the job on time. Our most notable assets to partnering have been in the way all parties concerned share information honestly, work together to bring about beneficial change and implement these changes innovatively and successfully.
