Established in 1988, K&T Heating Services currently has records for more than 35,000 properties throughout London and the South East. The company continues to expand to meet the demands of a growing gas industry, and the needs of its customers.

The majority of work currently undertaken by the company is local authority and housing association contracts, comprising mainly of ‘repair on demand’, servicing and installation work. The company has been active in these types of work since incorporation and our client base has increased by more than 1000%.

K&T Heating Services constantly aims to provide the greatest value and best quality of service possible to meet all of our customer’s gas management needs. We try to achieve this by;

We provide an out of hour’s emergency callout service every day of the year, controlled and monitored by Homecare, a dedicated nationwide call centre who control and allocate breakdown calls to callout engineers and provide a detailed report on a daily basis.

We currently employ more than 100 people, including more than 60 fully qualified gas engineers (including supervisors and managers who are all fully qualified gas engineers). The remaining staff comprise of accountants, administrators, apprentices, secretaries, trainee gas engineers and one consultant.

We have worked closely with all the major boiler manufacturers for many years and we have built on our relationships. Our engineers regularly attend training courses & seminars provided by the boiler manufacturers and have many certifications of competence, attendance and abilities to their credit.

The company uses McBrides Accounting services whom we have employed for the past 5 years.
