K&T Heating Services provides an annual gas safety inspection to more than 25,000 properties throughout London and the South East, we have considerable experience in the planning and scheduling required to service every property on time every year.

Servicing is an often overlooked area in the private sector that we try to promote for safety and economical reasons. We feel Gas Care is the ideal solution for the domestic customer, for a small amount more than the cost of a single annual service; we include the cost of call outs and parts in the event of a breakdown.

Servicing is a legal requirement for Councils, Housing Associations and Landlords to have every property that they rent serviced every 12 months.

We provide an annual gas safety programme for Councils, Housing Associations, Landlords and domestic customers. With full and concise job tracking, complete work history, engineers reports, part tracking etc. Providing detailed reports and records is considered a high priority.

We pride ourselves on our record keeping in this area of our business. It is imperative that records are well kept in order to maintain an accurate service history. We can at any time retrieve from file complete and accurate records for any property we maintain; this also is a legal requirement for Councils, Housing Associations and Landlords.
